1. About Us
Twin Suns Cartel (twinsunscartel.com) is a custom saber brand operated by MOSCOVIUM LTD, a company based in Scotland. Contact us at twinsunscartel@gmail.com.
We are not affiliated with Disney, Lucasfilm, or the Star Wars franchise in any way.
2. Products
Our sabers are manufactured by TXQSabers, a trusted producer of high-performance saber components. All sabers are branded, quality-checked, and fulfilled by Twin Suns Cartel.
Products are crafted for collectors, combat, and cosplay. Due to customisation, minor variations in finish or component style may occur.
3. Pricing & Payments
All pricing is shown in your selected currency. Checkout is processed in GBP. We accept the following payment methods:
- Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
You confirm all payment details provided are accurate and that you have authority to use the payment method.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using tracked shipping providers.
Due to high demand, shipping and delivery typically take 2–4 weeks, but may extend to 6–8 weeks for certain high-demand sabers.
Shipping to the United States may experience longer delays than other regions.
Shipping is free for all orders over £50 or the equivalent in your local currency.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Twin Suns Cartel is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or international processing.
5. Returns & Refunds
Refunds may be offered under the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged or non-functional
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unused and returned in original condition
Custom sabers are non-returnable unless defective.

6. User Accounts & Trade Ledger
Users may create accounts to participate in the Galactic Trade Ledger, earn Chips, and submit Holocrons. You are responsible for your login credentials and all actions taken under your chaincode.
Abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity within the Ledger may result in account suspension or removal.
7. Website Usage
By using this site, you agree not to:
- Misuse the website or interfere with its functionality
- Submit illegal, hateful, or offensive content
- Replicate or distribute our designs, visuals, or lore

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be resolved in the Scottish courts.
