If you're not vibin' with your saber, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to return it. We keep things simple, fair, and fast.

If Your Saber is Defective ✅

You pay nothing. We’ll repair, replace, or refund it — your call. We’ll even cover return shipping.

If You Just Changed Your Mind ❌

No worries — as long as the saber is unused and in its original condition, you can still return it. We’ll refund your order minus a 10% restocking fee. Discounts you used are untouched.

Custom Sabers

Custom sabers (with personalised etching, grip mods, etc.) are non-refundable unless defective.

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and handle the rest.

Exclusions

We don’t accept returns on sabers that have been used in duels, dropped, modified, or damaged by user error. That said, each case is reviewed by our specialist. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, most returns and refunds will still be approved.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days to your original payment method.
